Do I need to tell my existing accountant?
There's a normal, professional process for this — accountants notify each other as a matter of course when a client moves, and we handle that side of it.
What happens to my records?
The relevant accounting records and information are transferred as part of the handover, so you're not starting from scratch.
What if we're part-way through a financial year?
You don't necessarily need to wait until year-end to change accountant — we can pick things up from wherever you currently are.
What happens to Xero?
We're a Xero Gold Partner, so we can help transition or get you set up on Xero as part of the switch.
Will changing create lots of work for me?
The aim is for us to take on as much of the admin of switching as we reasonably can, so it doesn't fall on you.
